We also keep on file your design and initial pages so that in the event your web site becomes damaged, we can return it to its initial form. Problems can always arise, if while editing your information you over write or delete some element of your site and it no longer works as it should.
Most designs we offer are informational web sites. A site that depicts your business and the services you offer. Informational sites can be monitored and maintained by you and your employees with a little training. This is not to say that your visitors can't communicate with you through your web site. We design your page to your specifications or general design. We will show you designs other businesses have used for their site to give you a jump start on how your page will look. We don't just throw pictures or graphics on your web pages, we enhance, crop and place your graphic or photos in key areas of your web page. The standard package allows for approximately 5 photo's or graphics per page, roughly 15 per site. However depending on your business, we are flexible on that total. All photo's will be supplied by you, unless you ask us to take photo's for you. There is a small extra fee if we come out to take those photo's.

Our standard five page site consists of a Home page, an About page, and three more pages to assign to specific areas of your business. Allocate a page to show off your facilities and staff. Use a page for description of your services. There are countless ways that you can promote your business. All standard webs come with a map page and an email form if desired.

The content of your web page will be your responsibility. Often, if you provide the content of your website, we can design the site around this information. The more you can provide to us in content and photo's you want to use, the easier it is for us to build your site with your distinct visual effect. You know your business far better than we could. We can help you by giving you suggestions and showing you sites that are similar to yours to get the juices flowing. You are responsible for originality of your content and that the photo's you provide belong to you. There are stock royalty photo's available from several places on the web for a fee. Sometimes the content you provide will allow us to create a more stunning website. Planning, planning, it helps you get the best website for your money. The designer is not the end all in your website. You and he need to collaborate to achieve a design that you andyour customers will like.

If a price is included for that design, be sure to contact us for special discounts available or offers we might be having at the time you are considering to build your site. We are flexible and can come up with a design package and pricing that will suit your needs. All sites come with a 6 month service agreement for minor adjustments to page content, photo's and minor adjustments to structure. We will include your company logo in your masthead, the top portion of your web site, in most cases.
