My domain is about to expire. What can I do?
If your domain is close to its expiration, you should renew immediately. Make sure to renew your domain name at least 2 weeks before it is set to expire. Please contact the company that registered your domain in order to renew.
If you have hosting with us(IPOWER) and your domain registration is handled through iPowerWeb, then your domain is renewed automatically for free. If you have domain registration with iPower but no hosting, you must contact our billing department to renew the domain name.

How do I renew my account?
Unless you had us (IPOWER) turn OFF auto-renewal, we automatically renew accounts the day before they expire with the credit card information we have on file. Three renewal notices are sent to the email address provided to us when you first opened the account. The renewal notices will include a secure link where you can update your billing information. If you like, you can update your information by calling 1-888-511-4678 option 4 (billing department).
Also, should you decide you want to change the terms of your renewal (1 year, 2 years, etc), please contact billing at 1-888-511-4678 option 4. Billing will update the terms of your renewal.
