We are currently reviewing price structure for hosting packages, To be honest with you, if you plan to build and maintain your own website, stick with companies that are not reselling hosting. We resell hosting so our prices will be slightly higher. Currently we are offering the following plans. These prices may change in the near future. We may offer other options as well.

Our hosting plans are not just for those we build
web sites for. If you need hosting for a web site you built or some one else
built, you can choose to use our hosting plans. Want to build your own web
site? Our hosting plans come with control panel to maintain your web site.
A nice web site design tool "Site Delux" with templates to serve most any
style or type of website. Feel free to call about our hosting plans. We rarely offer maintenance plans for sites we did not build. We do offer renovations on previously built websites, and depending on circumstances will provide maintenance. Give us a call to discuss your situation. We can provide updates to content, add additional graphics, plus other services. |
If some one is building your website and they offer hosting, the higher cost for hosting may include maintenance. This may be the route you'll want to go. The designer knows the hosting and can make changes to your website better than having to use other hosting services in maintaining your site. The hosting service should offer you options from Monthly to Yearly plans. They will often discount your monthly rate if you pay for a full year.
Remember that the design and the hosting
are separate costs in most cases. You pay a one time fee for
the design and building of your website, not with standing
extra cost to rebuild your site should you decide to do
that. Hosting is a monthly or yearly cost for as long as you
operate your website. You may find that the designer may
discount your website design costs if he is hosting your
site as well. Depending on the designer you may find that
having them host your site and maintaining it will be
cheaper in the long run than calling them to update your
site. These costs usually are charged by the hour and can
range from cheap ($25.00/hr.) to perhaps $100.00/hr. Always
check on this cost and have them quote it in your contract.
Yes get a contract with all your costs and time line of
construction spelled out.
